The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) May 19 announced that Montenegro deposited its ratification instrument for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), signed Nov. 12, 2025, on May 6, 2026.
