Consumption tax revenue generated in OECD countries in 2022 dipped slightly but roughly kept pace with prior years, according to a report from the organization.
Revenue from consumption taxes in countries in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development came in at 9.9% in 2022—slightly down from 10% the year before and level with the 9.9% in 2020, according to the report published Thursday.
