Voters in several Ohio municipalities and school districts approved income tax increases at Nov. 4 general elections, official election results showed.
Municipalities that made tax rate changes included:
- Bowling Green, in Wood County, an increase to 2.15% from 2%.
- Circleville, in Pickaway County, an increase to 2% from 1.5%.
- Fort Recovery, in Mercer County, an increase to 1.5% from 1%.
- Gallipolis, in Gallia County, an increase to 1.5% from 1%.
- Montpelier, in Williams County, an increase to 1.8% from 1.6%.
- North Ridgeville, in Lorain County, an increase to 1.75% from 1%.
