The Omani News Agency (ONA) Jan. 6 announced the issuance of Royal Decree No. 5/2026, ratifying the air services agreements with Cabo Verde, signed Nov. 11, 2025. The decree entered into force the same date. [Oman, News Agency, 01/06/26]
