Oregon Dems Propose Down Payment Tax Credit

Senate Finance Committee ranking member Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Rep. Val Hoyle (D-Ore.) are reintroducing housing legislation intended to help build more affordable housing for low- and middle-income families, create a new down payment tax credit for first-time homebuyers and invest in Housing Choice Vouchers and services to keep people housed.
