Olivier Lambillon was promoted to partner at Osborne Clarke in Brussels, the firm announced Thursday.
Lambillon works with Belgian and international clients on various tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, structurings and reorganisations, compensation and benefits-related tax issues with a specific expertise regarding stock-option plans, the firm said. He also assists clients in applying for and obtaining tax rulings and conducting negotiations with the tax authorities.
He joined the firm in 2016.
