The Pennsylvania Board of Finance and Revenue (BFR) issued an order in favor of the taxpayers’ petition for review of their 2023 personal income tax. The dispute arose after the Department of Revenue adjusted the taxpayers’ compensation upwards and issued an assessment for additional tax, which the taxpayers contested because they should receive credit for taxes paid to other states.
