Perkins Coie Adds Two Partners to Tax, Fiduciary Litigation Team

Abigail Rosen Earthman and Stephanie Loomis-Price have joined Perkins Coie as partners in the personal planning practice in Dallas and Austin, Texas, and will co-chair the firm’s tax and fiduciary litigation group, according to the firm Thursday.

Earthman provides legal counsel on trusts, estates, and beneficiaries. She also litigates on tax issues and counsels on audits with the Internal Revenue Service, the firm said.

Loomis-Price advises trustees, beneficiaries, executors, business owners and families on audit risk mitigation strategies as well as on federal gift and estate tax litigation, Perkins Coie said.
