A Maryland pizza parlor owner has pleaded guilty to willfully failing to pay employment taxes withheld from his employees’ wages, according to the Justice Department on Monday.
From April 2014 to July 2016, Francesco Illiano did not pay the income, Social Security, and Medicare taxes withheld from more than 100 of his employees’ wages to the IRS, the DOJ said.
