Heyam Janell joined PKF O’Connor Davies as a partner in Providence, R.I., the firm announced Friday.

Janell provides consulting, planning, and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and their trusts, the firm said. Additionally she conducts internal training programs for new hires and existing staff, implementing new performance evaluation systems, and mentoring staff and managers to promote their development and achieve career goals.
