Playtech proposes to migrate its tax residency from the Isle of Man to the U.K. in early 2021, company says in a notice calling for a general meeting on Dec. 18.

  • Board sees overall benefit to migrating the tax residency, saying it will allow it to “better align it with its expected future operational substance”
  • Board and shareholder meetings to take place in the U.K., which the company hopes to encourage greater shareholder participation
