The Polish Ministry of Finance March 26 announced the second stage of implementation for the national e-invoicing system (KSeF). The announcement includes that: 1) taxpayers with 2024 sales not exceeding 200 million Polish zlotys (US$53.8 million) are required to issue, send, receive, and store e-invoices using KSeF, from 1 April; 2) no sanctions will be imposed for errors made when using KSeF in 2026; 3) taxpayers whose documented gross monthly sales doesn’t exceed 10,000 zlotys (US$2,688) will only be required to issue invoices in KSeF, from Jan. 1, 2027; and 4) the obligation to receive invoices in KSeF took effect ...
