Poland Moves to Close Loopholes Used for Tax Avoidance

The Polish finance ministry is seeking feedback on proposed legislation that would close a variety of legal loopholes exploited for tax avoidance by both companies and individuals.

The proposal, officially published by the ministry Wednesday for public consultation, includes changes to both corporate and personal income tax laws with an emphasis on closing loopholes for large corporations.
