Poland Prime Minister Announces Cabinet Adoption of Bill to Reduce VAT Rate on Fuel

The Polish Prime Minister’s Office March 26 announced that the Council of Ministers adopted a bill to reduce the VAT rate on supplies of fuel. The bill includes a measure to reduce, to 8 percent from 23 percent, the VAT rate on fuel. The law would enter into force the day after publication. [Poland, Government Portal, 03/26/26]
