Poland has delayed plans to roll out its own digital tax on global tech companies.
The draft budget for 2020 no longer includes income from such measures, Filip Majdowski, a deputy director at the Polish Finance Ministry’s tax system department, told Bloomberg Tax Sept. 6 in a telephone interview. The draft was published Aug. 26.
