Poland’s Ministry of Digital Affairs filed a formal motion to add a digital services tax to the government’s legislative agenda.
The tax would be no higher than 3% and apply to companies with global annual revenues from core digital services exceeding €1 billion ($1.19 billion) and Poland-sourced annual revenues exceeding 25 million Polish zloty ($7.1 million), according to a ministry press release.
