Portugal Tax Agency Extends Corporate Income Tax Return Filing, Payment Deadline

The Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority May 12 issued Order No. 68/2026-XXV, extending, to June 19 from May 31, the deadline for entities subject to corporate income tax (IRC) with a calendar year tax period to electronically file the periodic IRC return for the 2025 period, and pay the tax, without surcharges or penalties.
