Proskauer Nabs Ex-IRS Lawyer Gavioli for NY Tax, Litigation Work

Laura Gavioli joined Proskauer as a partner in its tax and litigation departments in New York, the firm announced Thursday.

Gavioli’s practice focuses on tax controversy and high-stakes tax disputes, representing corporations, funds, ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices in federal and state examinations, administrative proceedings and litigation. Her experience spans trial and appellate matters before the US Tax Court, Court of Federal Claims, Federal District Courts, Courts of Appeals nationwide, and the US Supreme Court, the firm said.
