PwC Restores Stand-alone Tax Practice in Latest US Overhaul (1)

PwC LLP will reunite its tax compliance and tax advisory work into a single practice separate from the firm’s audit and consulting businesses, retreating from a 2021 restructuring that created just two major service lines at the US firm.

The firm on Thursday announced incoming Senior Partner Paul Griggs’ plans for the Big Four firm once his term begins in July, along with a slate of leaders who will join him in running the $23 billion business.
