Rimon PC Recruits New Tax Partner Roy Gillig to Boston Office

Roy Gillig has joined Rimon PC as a tax partner in Boston, Mass., the firm said Tuesday.

He centers his practice on federal, state, and international tax matters with specific focus on mergers and acquisitions, financings, internal restructurings, and licensing, Rimon said.

Gillig joins from Mintz where he was partner. Prior to Mintz, he worked at both KPMG and Deloitte, according to the firm.
