Slovak Republic Joins OECD Global Tax Risk Assessment Program

The Slovak Republic has signed on to participate in an international program that allows multinationals to gain certainty about their tax liabilities.

The country will join the International Compliance Assurance Program, which gives companies the opportunity to discuss their tax positions with participating jurisdictions’ tax authorities to avoid disputes, according to a Monday post by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
