The Spanish Council of Ministers March 10 approved the agreements authorizing the signing of: 1) the DTA and protocol with Montenegro; and 2) the DTA and protocol with the Netherlands, which will replace the 1971 DTA and protocol currently in force. [Spain, Government Portal, 03/10/26]
