Supreme Court Asked to Review IRS Summons for Filmmaker Records

The US Supreme Court should review whether a district court was wrong to enforce an IRS summons on an Italian tax prosecution even though the agency already possessed the summoned documents, said the daughter of deceased filmmaker Frank Agrama.
