Supreme Court Skips Review of IRS’s Deal With Bankruptcy Debtor

The US Supreme Court on Monday said it won’t consider whether the IRS agreed to limit its right to collect additional tax from an Alabama real estate developer when the agency consented to a limited proof of claim in bankruptcy court.
