Judges Will Issue Opinions While Tax Court Is Shuttered (1)

The U.S. Tax Court building is now closed until further notice.

The closure, announced late Wednesday, comes amid the new coronavirus pandemic. The court previously announced it would delay trials and hearings as needed amid the Covid-19 outbreak, and urged sick individuals to stay home.
