Tax Court: Senior Judge Carolyn P. Chiechi Retires (IRC §7453)

U.S. Tax Court announces the full retirement of Senior Judge Carolyn P. Chiechi, effective as of October 19, 2018. Judge Chiechi was appointed as Judge, United States Tax Court, by President George H.W. Bush October 1, 1992, and took senior status in 2007.
