Taylor English Drafts Partner to Atlanta Corporate Department

E. Miller Williams Jr. has joined Taylor English Duma LLP as a partner in the corporate department in Atlanta, the firm said Wednesday.

Williams advises multinational companies on a national basis on international tax, transfer pricing, and tax treaty matters, according to Taylor English.

He has knowledge in transfer pricing planning, structuring, implementation, documentation, audits, appeals, advance pricing agreements, and competent authority, the firm said.
