Kostelanetz Adds Melissa Wiley as Partner in Civil Tax Disputes

Melissa Wiley joined Kostelanetz as a partner focusing on civil tax controversy in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Wiley represents corporate, institutional, and individual clients with tax controversy matters in litigation and before all levels of the Internal Revenue Service. She advises clients in voluntary disclosures, matters involving international information return reporting, and other allegations of tax noncompliance or reporting failures, the firm said.
