Treasury Attorney Joins KPMG After Helping Write Tax Law Rules (1)

Gary Scanlon, a former attorney-adviser at the Treasury Department, has joined the international tax group at KPMG LLP’s Washington National Tax practice, the firm announced Oct. 17.

Scanlon started at Treasury in 2016 and helped develop regulations and guidance tied to the 2017 tax law.
