The Treasury Department and the IRS issued their annual list of regulatory priorities Friday, covering 205 projects in areas ranging from corporate taxes and energy to digital assets and employee benefits.
The Priority Guidance Plan lists the regulatory projects on which Treasury and IRS will focus their tax-guidance efforts from now through June 2023. The plan doesn’t indicate any deadline for completing the projects.
