The Trump administration on Thursday re-released its spring 2025 regulatory agenda, including for the Treasury Department and IRS, after the plan was briefly posted Aug. 15 but then taken down.
The administration posted the agenda on the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs website, but later that day the page with the plan went under maintenance. The new agenda appears to be the same as the one previously posted.
