TTB: MyTTB System Launched for CBMA Foreign Producer Registrations, Assignments to Importers (IRC §5001)

Foreign beer, wine, and distilled spirits producers may now use the newly launched myTTB system to register for calendar year 2023 and make assignments to importers pursuant to Craft Beverage Modernization Act (CBMA) provisions for reduced rates or tax credits, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) announced Oct. 25.
