US Entitled to $3.5 Million in Unpaid Taxes From Arkansas Man

A federal court entered a default judgment for the government against an Arkansas businessman who now owes nearly $3.5 million in taxes and penalties.

Judge Kristine G. Baker of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas granted the US default judgment against Andrew Gamber after he failed to appear. Gamber’s tax debt includes about $2.6 million in unpaid Federal Insurance Contributions Act taxes for tax years 2011 to 2013, plus penalties and interest, according to court documents.
