The IRS wants to collect taxes from both sides of a business transaction begun almost 18 years ago.
The United States moved in the US District Court for the District of Connecticut to enforce a $1.3 million federal tax lien to recoup some of the balance due from Mark Timon and his Connecticut-based company New England Greens LLC, doing business as Vibrant Health.
