US Settles on $61 Million Tax Fraud Allegations Against Family

The United States settled its case against two brothers and a father involving nearly $61 million as of 2019 in assessed taxes, penalties, and interest largely tied to the sale of stock.

The details of the Monday agreement were not disclosed beyond that the parties will bear their own attorneys’ fees and other costs.
