The United States is suing a tax preparer for allegedly falsifying client tax returns, resulting in more than $4 million in uncollected taxes.
The government filed a complaint to the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas against Crystal Ojeda, a tax preparer operating in Texas and Nevada who owns Money Market Tax Co. LLC. Money Market is also named as a defendant.
