Foreign per diem rates for more than 120 locations, including Bogota, Oslo, and Rio de Janeiro, were updated by the US State Department and take effect March 1.
Updates apply to cities and other locations in Belize, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Cyprus, Ecuador, Iceland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Syria, Tanzania, and UK, according to the department’s updated list.
The update to Oman is the first since March 1, 2015, according to previous versions of the list.
