Utah Amends Code on Inland Port Authority, Sets New Environmental Standards

The Utah Governor signed a law amending several provisions of the Utah Code relating to the Utah Inland Port Authority and State Fair Park Authority. The law establishes environmental standards that prohibit using property tax differential as a business recruitment incentive for developments exceeding maximum daily potable water use limits.
