Venable Brings on Matthew Hayes as Tax Partner in Chicago

Matthew Hayes joined Venable as a partner in the transactional tax group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Hayes advises clients on US and international tax matters related to corporate structures and cross-border transactions. His practice includes providing tax structuring guidance to corporations as well as partnerships, limited liability companies, and other pass-through entities, the firm said.
