Vietnam Delays Rental, Tax Payments for Businesses in 2022

Vietnam’s government delays land rental and some tax payments for businesses and individuals for 3 to 6 months, according to a posting on the govt’s website, citing a decree signed by Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai.

  • Payment of value-added tax and personal income tax of household businesses and individuals will be delayed until Dec. 30
  • For land rental, 50% of the payment will be delayed until Nov. 30
