Meyers advises partnerships, corporations, and individuals on federal tax planning matters, the firm said. Her practice also focuses on the federal income tax aspects of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital markets transactions, and fund formation.
Schoradt represents financial institutions, project sponsors, and developers in the financing, development, and sale of large-scale wind and solar projects, with a focus on tax-equity financings.
