Ward and Smith Hires Tax Attorney David Heern in North Carolina

David Heeren joined Ward and Smith’s tax practice in North Carolina, the firm announced Thursday.

Heeren focuses his practice on tax planning, compliance, and business transactions, the firm said.

Christina Cress also joined the firm as head of the firm’s energy and utilities practice. She was a previously a staff attorney at the North Carolina Utilities Commission.
