The Washington Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted amendments to WAC 458-20-180 concerning motor carriers. The regulation is amended to subject the sales of armored car services to retail sales tax under RCW 82.04.050. The rule amended rule takes effect on April 24. [Wash.
