Washington DOR Issues Advisory on Use Tax for Self-Produced Fuels

The Washington Department of Revenue (DOR) published an Excise Tax Advisory providing guidance on the application of state use tax, local use tax and business and occupation tax on self-produced fuels. The advisory provides guidance on self-produced fuels like biomass, refinery fuel gas, catalyst coke, diesel, biodiesel, hydrogen, and green coke.
