West Virginia Enacts Law Prohibiting Disclosure of Tax Enforcement Materials

The West Virginia Governor signed a law to amend §11-10-5d of the Code of West Virginia, prohibiting the disclosure of certain tax administration materials including audit manuals, training materials, guidelines, thresholds, and various internal procedures used in tax enforcement.
