Whistleblower’s Estate Seeks Award Review After Chevron’s End

The estate of the whistleblower who brought to light major financial misdeeds by Rabobank is pursuing a new tactic to obtain an award in light of the demise of the Chevron deference.

Dutch banking executive Joseph Insinga’s estate filed a brief at the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit that said the government should revisit the award denial in the wake of the Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo decision.
