Narissa Lyngen was promoted to counsel at White & Case in its tax practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday
Lyngen advises clients in various sectors on cross-border and domestic taxation related to mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, securitizations, and financing transactions, as well as matters involving intellectual property, tax-deferred reorganizations, restructurings, corporate inversions, and tax treaties, the firm said.
The firm also promoted 22 lawyers to local partner and 27 lawyers, including Lyngen, to counsel.
