White House Is Said to Raise Stimulus Offer to $1.8 Trillion

President Trump has authorized a $1.8 trillion stimulus package that Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin can offer to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, according to two people familiar with the talks.
