Tax world is anxiously waiting to see who President Donald Trump will tap next to become the eighth person to lead the IRS since he took office following the ouster of the latest agency chief, Billy Long.
The normal rulebook may not apply. The president has chosen Fox News personalities for high-profile roles, most notably at the Defense Department.
