Winston & Strawn Grows Los Angeles Tax Practice With Partner

Jennifer Morgan has rejoined Winston & Strawn as a partner in the transactions department and member of the tax practice with a special focus in the energy and infrastructure industry group in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.

Morgan, who served as of counsel with Winston from 2018 to 2021, has experience representing clients regarding US federal income and international tax considerations in transaction planning, structuring, and execution, and on complex mergers and acquisitions.
